Honor 7C with dual cameras, FullView display set to launch on March 12
Huawei’s sub-brand Honor is set to launch another smartphone to its mid-range segment dubbed Honor 7C. The phone will be launched at an event in China. The company has shared an invite for March 12 event that reveals that the upcoming Honor 7C will sport 5.99-inch display, dual cameras, face recognition technology and dual SIM support.
The awaited Honor 7C is going to be a toned-down version of the Honor 7X. The smartphone was spotted on Chinese regulatory site TENAA last month. The phone was listed with model numbers LND-TL30 and LND-TL40 on TENAA. The listing revealed that Honor 7C will be powered by an octa-core processor clocked at the speed of 1.8GHz . As per the listing, there will be two variants of Honor 7C – one with 3GB RAM and another with 4GB RAM.
Camera-wise, Honor 7C is expected to come with 20Mp+13MP set of dual cameras on rear and an 8MP front camera. The inbuilt storage of Honor 7C, as per the listing, shows 32GB which will be expandable via microSD card. The smartphone will run Android 8.0 Oreo and be juiced up by a 2900mAh battery. The phone is expected to arrive in Blue, Black and Gold colour options.
The Honor 7C is expected to be priced around $250 that roughly translates to Rs 16,250. To recall, Honoor 7X was launched last year in December. Honor 7X also sports dual cameras and feature 18:9 display. The price of Honor 7X in India starts at Rs. 12,999 for the 32GB storage variant. The dual SIM Honor 7X is powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 659 octa-core SoC with four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 2.36GHz and 4 Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.7GHz.
